Either in contract research we increase the project value in favour to our industrial partners, or we encourage our public funded students to seek entrepreneurial careers, using their research findings.

SCOPIS Medical GmbH - Target Guided Surgery - spinned off in 2010
SCOPIS GmbH has been established in the Keeve-Lab by Charité-staff Bartosz Kosmecki and Andreas Reutter from 2009 on and spinned-off in 2010. SCOPIS is focusing on instrument navigation and visualization.
Charité is shareholder and has licensed software and know-how to the company.

NAVISWISS AG - New Navigated Surgery - established 2007
NAVISWISS AG has been mentored by the Keeve-Lab during their start-up-phase 2002 to 2007. NAVISWISS is focusing on miniaturised handheld navigation units for the medical market.
NAVISWISS uses some co-authored patents.
SiCAT GmbH & Co. KG - A Sirona Company - etsablished 2004
SiCAT GmbH & Co. KG has been established in the Keeve-Lab at Max-Planck research center caesar from 2001 on and spinned-off in 2004. SICAT is a joint-venture with SIRONA DENTAL SYSTEMS GmbH and is focusing on 3D dental visualisation software.
Max-Planck research center caesar has been a shareholder and has licensed software and know-how to the company.
